Identification Notes:

A terrestrial, stemmed polypore. Cap is buffy, ochre or pale yellow-brown, bald, fan-shaped. Flesh is white, tubes yellow, pores yellow or cream, staining light brown. Stem is cylindrical, ochre-gray.
